Safegrid has become the industry standard for many applications such as petrochemical plants, heavy duty offshore applications and water treatment plants. Within the industry, Safegrid is thought to be the most popular flooring product ever manufactured.
Safegrid is manufactured in a forge welding process from rectangular section load bearings and twisted square section transverse bars, which are heated and joined under pressure.
Readily available with either plain or serrated load bearing bars which can be 5mm or 3mm thick at 30mm or 41mm pitch and transverse bars at 50mm or 100mm centres. Other pitches are available on request. Safegrid panels are available normally from stock in nominal 6m x 1m lengths and all fabrication is carried out from these stock items.
